"I brought my mother to Sarvodaya Hospital, Greater Noida (Gaur City) in an emergency as she had a heart blockage. The hospital was very good — they took excellent care of her, and I’m really thankful to the entire team. They also charged less than the estimated amount, and my mother had a pacemaker implanted successfully. I would rate the hospital 4.5 out of 5 stars. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, but overall the experience was very good. The only thing I feel the hospital should improve is the admission and billing process. I’m not saying the staff was bad — they were good — but while my mother was in the ICU, I was repeatedly called to the admission counter to deposit money (₹1,00,000, then ₹50,000, etc.). I told them that I’m right here in the hospital with my patient and that I would clear all the bills before discharge, which I eventually did. I believe the hospital should work on this part of the process. Other than that, my experience was excellent — the doctors, ICU team, OT team, security guards, and the entire staff were all very supportive."
